Meet Stephanie

" I understand the importance of looking at the patterns in your life, while giving you the tools to cope in the here and now. "
Stephanie Bentley, RP

You're stuck in a spiral of self-doubt, and it feels exhausting.

You remember a time when figuring out how to move forward didn't feel so complicated, but the life you knew feels like a distant past and the future no longer feels so clear. You've held it together for so long, but you're tired of feeling pulled in a million different directions. You're ready to feel like your hard work has finally paid off.

I help people just like you, ones who have it within them to feel hopeful and grounded again, but just need the support to get there.

I help my clients find confidence, happiness, and inner peace, by equipping them with the tools they need to make sense of their lives and improve their relationships.

Many of today's solutions for depression and anxiety are drawn out, leading so many to feel confused on how to deal with the current situations in their lives. I understand the importance of looking at the patterns in your life, while giving you the tools to cope in the here & now.

Stephanie is a Registered Psychotherapist with 24 years of clinical experience working with youth, adults and their family members to develop authentic and healthy ways to manage their mental well-being. " Mental health problems don't define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and you feel the rain but, importantly, you are not the rain."
