MEET TONI

"I believe that sometimes when we feel stuck, we need to look back in order to move forward."

I work with people just like you: ones that have it within them to regain a sense of confidence in themselves, but just need a bit of support to get there.

I help my clients find peace, fulfillment and joy, by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand their past and orient their future.

Throughout our work together, we'll combine deep inner work and practical strategies to manage emotions, and life's many expectations in relationships, work life, and personal life, so that you can reclaim your sense of self and get back to enjoying being you.

Many of today's solutions for anxiety & overwhelm forget to explore the 'why', leading many to feel like they're not making any real progress. I believe that sometimes when we feel stuck, we need to look back in order to move forward.
