HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE AND WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Sessions are $130 (+ HST, where applicable) for 50-minutes, with a few slots reserved at a reduced/student rate. Please reach out for more details and to verify if there are places available. We are currently accepting payment via credit card or e-transfer.

CAN I CLAIM YOUR SERVICES THROUGH MY HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDER?

While our services are covered by most extended benefits, coverage can vary greatly, depending on your specific plan and provider. We recommend all clients reach out to their insurance provider to determine coverage details prior to beginning services.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ONCE I REACH OUT TO YOU FOR SERVICES?

Thank you for considering us to work alongside you on your journey! It has been said that the most important factor for success in counselling and psychotherapy is the relationship between client and therapist, which is why we offer a free 15-minute "right fit" consultation.

Once we've determined if we're a good fit, we'll complete an intake assessment to explore your goals and what brings you to therapy, in order to develop a personalized treatment plan. The number of sessions will vary based on your needs, and we will revisit this frequently over the course of the treatment.

WHERE WILL WE MEET FOR OUR SESSIONS?

We will meet through a secure online video-conferencing system or over the phone.

 

There are many advantages to online therapy, such as increased flexibility and being able to do therapy in your own home. In most cases, it can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy!
